Step by step

  1. Open Marketing → Discounts and choose the create-discount action.
  2. Complete the offer details and choose the available percentage or fixed-amount option.
  3. Configure the coupon code and timing where applicable.
  4. Review the conditions and save the discount.
  5. Check the discount details before including the offer in a campaign.

What happens next

You have a saved discount with the configured conditions.

Helpful to know

  • Confirm the code and dates in the discount record if checkout does not accept it.
  • Make the advertised offer match the saved discount settings.
