Levah is a business management software of Northgaze Limited ("the Company" or "Northgaze"), a private limited liability company registered under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It is a software-as-a-service platform that helps small businesses manage their operations, sales, expense, and customer data.
Northgaze is a technology company. All banking and payment services are powered and provided by our licensed banking and payment partners. "We", "Us", "Our" refer to Northgaze Limited. "You", "Your" refer to customers who use Levah.
Levah is a business-to-business platform. We have limited access to individual customers and their personally identifiable information. This Privacy Notice contains details of the personal data we collect, the purpose for collection, and other relevant information.

1.2. Apart from the purposes stated above, we also collect and process your data to send marketing materials. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time.
1.3. Where you upload third-party data (e.g. your customers or staff data), you act as the data controller and we act as a processor on your behalf.
1.4. We do not collect nor store your debit or credit card details. All payments are made through our payment providers.

We are a fully-owned Nigerian company with all our operations and infrastructure in Nigeria. All data we collect is stored in Nigeria in our cloud infrastructure with appropriate security measures.
4.1. Your personal data are shared with relevant partners including banking partners, payment providers, email services, and domain services to fulfill our obligations.
4.2. Due to the possibility of changing specific providers, you can reach out to us at any time to request the current list.
The following principles guide our processing in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023:
6.1. You give us clear and unequivocal consent to process the personal data we collect from you.
6.2. You reserve the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hello@levah.co.
6.3. Withdrawal of consent will prevent us from being able to fulfill our obligations to you.
If we are required to transfer your data outside Nigeria, we will abide by the provisions of the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, ensuring such parties have an adequate level of protection.
We do not collect or process data of individuals under 18. If you are under 18 and desire to use our platform, you must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
We retain your data for as long as necessary — specifically, three (3) years after your last active use, or six (6) years after a contractual agreement ends.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will take immediate steps and notify you and the NDPC immediately.
